Nordic Plast Confirms Transparency and Compliance in GHG Emissions Management According to International Standards

SIA Nordic Plast has received an official verification statement for its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions report, prepared and validated in accordance with the international standard ISO 14064-1:2018 and the GHG Protocol – A Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard.

The verification body Bureau Veritas Latvia has reviewed Nordic Plast’s GHG emissions report for the year 2023 and confirmed that the submitted documentation fully complies with regulatory requirements. According to the verification results, the company’s reported emissions amounted to 2113.13 tonnes of CO₂e, while avoided emissions reached 2747.13 tonnes of CO₂e – demonstrating Nordic Plast’s active commitment to emissions reduction and the implementation of circular economy solutions.
